Statement on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use
A legal disclaimer
In recent years, the use of AI in all facets of life, has become more and more common. If used responsibly and effectively, AI is a powerful tool that can increase productivity, as well as support innovation and solution development. However, without a careful and thoughtful approach regarding its use and without area expertise to critically think about and evaluate material generated by AI, it becomes a counterproductive and even potentially dangerous tool. At DillingerRAD, we believe that while it is important to utilize all tools at our disposal to maximize the work for and with our partners, it is our duty to ensure that we are conscientious of our approach and adhere to strict internal guidelines that help dictate its safe and responsible use. Below are the overarching tenets that staff at DillingerRAD utilize when working with AI. If existing or future partners are interested in reviewing specific internal guidelines, discussing how AI could be used throughout our work, and/or developing specific use parameters related to deliverables for a contracted project, staff at DillingerRAD are happy to do so.

Refund Policy - the basics
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
