Kate McDonald

Kate spent over a decade in education. She has experience teaching at a number of post-secondary institutions across Connecticut and has worked as a Learning Specialist supporting students who are struggling academically to help them reach their full potential. Kate has extensive research and data analysis experience. Kate earned her PhD in Biology at Wesleyan University.
Nick Stellitano
MANAGING DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER

Nick is a retired Marine who has a passion for education and data. He has experience working with large and small school districts around the country providing both quantitative and qualitative support. Nick earned his Masters in Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University as well as his Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University.
Sarah Sullivan

After serving as a director of operations in Midtown Manhattan for over a decade, Sarah's desire to have more a meaningful impact around community youth development and interventions has led her to bring her operational expertise to the non-profit sector.
Aaron Garris

Aaron comes from a family of educators so the issues facing school districts are near and dear to him. He has over a decade of experience in software development that spans data engineering, cloud architecture, and web & mobile app development. He's worked in education technology since 2019. Aaron is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
Katie Tartaglia
DATA ENGINEER

As a dedicated data professional, Katie specializes in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with a passion for leveraging her expertise to address planning challenges within the education sector. She has a diverse professional background that includes experience in consulting firms and the public K-12 education sector. Katie received her B.S. in Environmental Economics & Policy from Penn State University, and her M.S. in GIS at Johns Hopkins University.
