He has experience working with large and small school districts around the country providing both quantitative and qualitative support. Nick earned his Masters in Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University as well as his Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University.

He has over a decade of experience in software development that spans data engineering, cloud architecture, and web & mobile app development. He's worked in education technology since 2019. Aaron is a graduate of the University of Southern California.

She has a diverse professional background that includes experience in consulting firms and the public K-12 education sector. Katie received her B.S. in Environmental Economics & Policy from Penn State University, and her M.S. in GIS at Johns Hopkins University.

RenÉe SullivanDIrector of strategyRenée has worked in strategy consulting and leadership development for the past nine years, building a deep understanding of resource use in urban school systems, facilitating problem solving with school system leaders, and project management. Prior to that, her career included teaching high school mathematics, marketing operations, and (quite possibly her favorite job ever) leading trips for youth in Costa Rica and scuba diving in the Florida Keys. Renée holds an MBA in nonprofit management from Boston University and a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

Nicole Swensonfinancial ANALYSTNicole brings 15 years of corporate experience as an actuary for insurance companies, where she specialized in data analytics and financial mathematics. She received her B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University. In her free time, Nicole hosts a children’s chess club at her local library and serves as a pianist and youth leader in her church. She is enthusiastic about combining her professional background and personal values by shifting her career to a focus on non-profit work with youth-centered organizations.

Stan CORKSenior systems analystStan brings 25 years of experience in the field of information technology and has a diverse background in both K-12 and corporate settings, with extensive experience in system management, large scale software implementations and data warehousing. Passionate about technology since his playing days of Atari video games, Stan has devoted his career to serving and supporting academic institutions. At Dillinger, he oversees the system administration for Azure and AWS cloud platforms along with assisting the software development team. Stan is a graduate of Purdue University at Indianapolis.

His experience in rural, urban, and suburban environments has allowed him to support a wide breadth of communities. Justin holds a bachelors in Theater, Dance, and Religious Studies from Luther College as well as a Masters of Divinity from Saint Paul School of Theology, and an advanced business certificate in Project Management from UCONN. When not working you can find him knitting, jogging, and searching for the perfect cup of coffee.

Gina received her Bachelor's in Social Work at Western Connecticut State University, and her Master's in Social Work at the University of St. Joseph.
